Several years of successful experience as University Recruiter, UR Program Manager, Senior Technical Recruiter, Sourcing Specialist/ Lead, and Staffing Project Manager in a high tech environment and selection of engineering, scientific management and professional positions for Fortune 500 and top Bay Area companies including LSI, Cadence Design Systems, Keysight, Nvidia, Intel, AMD, Juniper Networks and Huawei Technologies. Areas of specialization include college recruitment, full cycle recruitment, program management, strategic sourcing and identifying prospects, recruitment on the Internet, candidate name generation, implementing recruitment strategies, utilizing web-based technologies, and project management. In 2020, Eric joined Keysight to quickly follow through with taking the Summer 2020 Intern Program virtual during the COVID-19 pandemic. Eric was hired specifically to take over the UR Program and developed an unprecedented remote program in response to COVID-19 and the need for a safe work environment. Eric continued to provide the same remote program for Summer 2021 followed by a safe return to the office in 2022 for most of the interns. Prior to joining Keysight, Eric was part of the UR Program at Nvidia that collectively decided to turn the Summer 2020 program remote before shelter in place became mandatory. After being with Nvidia having the foresight to predict the impact of COVID-19, that learning experience provided a necessary knowledge to quickly turn around a program on short notice for Keysight. During this time, Keysight was able to improve intern conversion rate to 41% while hitting hiring goals of 40% from top university goals. Diversity goals reached 30% tech females hired from UR


At Cadence, Eric is continuing to push EMT lead hiring goals with Class of 2023 hires reaching 34% tech females for college hiring from top tier engineering programs. Cadence UTP R&D had a 91% acceptance rate for Summer 2023
